The hotel has a stunning lobby and the staff is remarkably attentive, making the check-in experience enjoyable. The location is superb, right in the heart of Times Square and close to numerous attractions. However, the rooms are quite small and the bathrooms are extremely tiny, which might be challenging for some guests. Also, the dining options are limited, which could use some improvement.
